Frame Repair Shop

Our experienced mechanics and state-of-the-art equipment permit us to handle anything related to the truck frame with the utmost precision.  With two frame-straightening machines, one alignment bay, and three mechanical bays, we can complete all collision repairs without sending your unit off-site to complete the job.

Alignments

We employ a mobile Protrack Laser Alignment System for alignment of trucks, trailers, busses, motor coaches and emergency vehicles.  This system utilizes the latest in laser and digital measurement technology to provide precise alignment to maximize tire wear and fuel economy for virtually all shapes and sizes of vehicles.  This also ensures we can reliably get your vehicle aligned in a timely efficient manner.

Lift Axle Installation

We are proud to feature both Silent Drive and Link liftable suspensions. Both products are manufactured in Iowa. Our staff is second to none in axle configuration, application, installation , and service. We utilize the latest “Bridge Span Law “ software to assure that you get the maximum allowable payload every mile you travel.

Lift Gate Installation

Majestic sells, installs, and repairs Maxon Lift Gates. With capacities from 1000 to 6000 pounds in several different styles, we have what you are looking for in conventional, Tuk A Way, column lift, rail lift, lift gates for trailers. We also service other major brands of lifts as well.

PTO’s and Hydraulics

P.T.O stands for power take-off, and is commonly found on tractors and commercial trucks.  The P.T.O is a splined driveshaft and can be used to power attachments or a completely separate machine.  Some examples include:

• Running a water pump on a fire engine or water truck
• Powering a blower system used to move dry materials such as cement
• Raising and lowering a dump truck bed
• Operating the mechanical arm on a bucket truck used by electrical maintenance personnel or Cable TV maintenance crews
• Operating a winch on a tow truck
• Operating the compactor on a garbage truck

Vehicle Recertification

Recertification is the process of relabeling a vehicle to meet DOT regulations.  This is typically done after we do some type of suspension modification such as adding or removing axles. As a Department of Transportation approved inspector we are capable of getting your vehicle recertified and back on the road as soon as it leaves our shop.
